摘要
目的评价与分析PBL方法在妇科学教学中的应用效果。方法以整群抽样方法抽取研究样本,分别对实验组与对照组实施PBL模式教学与传统模式教学,比较两组实施效果。结果实验组学生在平时成绩、课堂表现、临床技能考核、期末成绩、总成绩方面均高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论 PBL教学法可在妇科学教学中取得更好效果,应该得到推广应用。
Objective To evaluate and analyse the effect of the application of PBL method in gynecology teaching. Methods Extracted the study sample by cluster sampling method, the experimental group received traditional mode of teaching,while the control group received the PBL teaching mode,compared the result between two groups after the implementation. Results The usual results,class performance,clinical skills,final grade and the mean total score of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method get the better result in the gynecology teaching,which should be widely used.
