妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制情况对母婴预后的影响

Influence of gestational diabetes blood glucose control on prognosis of mother and child

目的 调节孕妇血糖浓度,适当调控观察母婴的生理指标,判断预后状况.方法 选取2005～2012年间在我院就诊的患有糖尿病的孕妇130例,92例糖尿病孕妇处于正常状态,38例血糖未能调节到正常水平,分为可调组和不调组,40例健康的孕妇做对照组.对各组的母婴各项生理指标进行评价分析.结果 不调组的各项生理指标的异常情况发生率均高于可调组,可调组与对照组虽有略微差异但比较接近.结论 对有糖尿病的孕妇,用适当的措施将其血糖降至正常值后,其异常生理状况低于血糖不正常的糖尿病孕妇,与健康孕妇比较基本无差异.

Objective To adjust the blood glucose level of pregnant women, regulate the psychological indicators of mothers and children, and determine prognosis. Methods A total of 130 pregnant women with diabetes treated in our hospital from 2005 to 2012 were selected. Among them, 92 women were in a normal state and 38 women＇s blood glu- cose level did not reach the normal level, constituting the regulatory group and the non-regulatory group; Forty healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group. The psychological indicators of mothers and children of each group were analyzed. Results The non-regulatory group was higher than the regulatory group in the abnormal incidences of each psychological indicator; The regulatory group and the control group were slightly different. Conclusion For preg- nant women with diabetes, after lowering their blood glucose level to the normal value using appropriate measures, their abnormal psychological situation is lower than that of diabetic pregnant women with abnormal blood glucose level, but almost not different to that of normal healthy pregnant women.
