Internal iliac artery embolotherapy for primary postpartum hemorrhage

目的 探讨髂内动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血临床效果。方法 对 9例产后大出血的病例 ,采用髂内动脉栓塞术治疗。结果 9例选择插管栓塞成功 ,除 1例术后发生左下肢动脉血栓外 ,无严重并发症。结论 髂内动脉栓塞术是治疗产后大出血的一种快速、安全、有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of internal iliac artery embolotherapy (IIAE) for primary postpartum hemorrhage (PPH). Methods 9 cases of PPH were treated with IIAE. Results Selective cathetecization and embolotherapy were successful in 9 cases of PPH, with only one case of left lower extremity arateial thrombosis. No serious complications occurred in others. Conclusions IIAE is a quick、 safe、 effective technique for PPH.
