本文通过作一个特殊的辅助函数，由此建立一个命题，并借助它对微积分学中的几个中值定理与泰勒公式作出统一的证明，再加以推广，证明一个计算待定型极限的定理。

Through the special assistant function this paper sets a question, with the help of its combined proof on the several unpatterned intermediate values and Taylor's theorem, it proves a limited theorem waiting to be patterned and the popularizes it.
