天麻钩藤饮加减方联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy on Hypertension Treated with Modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction and Sustained Release Nifedipine Tablets

目的观察天麻钩藤饮加减方联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法 75例高血压患者经中医辨证均为肝阳上亢型,随机分为治疗组38例和对照组37例。两组均给予硝苯地平缓释片,每次20 mg,2次·d-1。治疗组同时给予天麻钩藤饮加减方,水煎服,1剂·d-1。两组均治疗8周,8周后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.7%(36/38),明显高于对照组总有效率83.8%(31/37)(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组收缩压和舒张压分别为(129.8±4.3)mm Hg和(84.9±4.7)mm Hg,较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后对照组收缩压和舒张压与治疗前比较虽下降但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮加减方联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗肝阳上亢型高血压,降压效果明显,能显著改善高血压引起的相关症状,安全性高,适合临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on hypertension treated with modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction and Sustained Released Nifedipine Tablets. Methods Seventy- five cases of hypertension were differentiated as hyperactivity of liver yang in traditional Chinese medicine and were randomized into a treatment group（ 38 cases） and a control group（ 37 cases）. The Sustained Released Nifedipine Tablets were prescribed in the two groups,20mg each time,twice a day. In the treatment,the modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction was prescribed for oral administration,one dose a day. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks in the two groups. The efficacy was observed in 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 94. 7%（ 36 /38）, which was higher apparently than 83. 8%（ 31 /37） in the control group. After treatment,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were（ 129. 8 ± 4. 3） mm Hg and（ 84. 9 ± 4. 7） mm Hg,which were lower apparently than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were reduced,but the differences were not significant as compared those before treatment in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined medication of the modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction and Sustained Released Nifedipine Tablets achieves the remarkable effects on hypertension differentiated as hyperactivity of liver yang. It relieves significantly the relevant symptoms induced by hypertension and is good at safety. Hence,this therapy is suitable to be promoted in clinical practice.
