中医外敷法治疗类风湿关节炎的方法学探讨

Methodological Exploration of Rheumatoid Arthritis Treated with the External Application of TCM

类风湿关节炎以关节的疼痛和肿胀为主要临床表现,中医外敷法直接针对患者关节局部缓解患者症状,同时因其靶向性高,起效快,不良反应少,患者接受度高等优点,是治疗类风湿关节炎的主要辅助治疗方式之一。目前,中医外治法的相关研究还存在不少的问题,文章以外敷凝胶剂为例探讨中医外敷法治疗类风湿关节炎的规范操作和疗效评价,如涂抹用量与量效关系、皮肤不良反应监测及预防措施等。

Rheumatoid arthritis is mainly manifested as joint pain and swelling in clinic. TCM external application directly acts on relieving the local joint symptoms of patients and is characterized as strong targeting,quick effectiveness,less adverse reactions and high acceptability. It is one of chief accessary methods in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. At present,there were many problems on the relevant study of TCM external application. The paper discussed the normative operation and efficacy evaluation of TCM external application in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,such as topical dosage and the dose- effect relationship,monitoring skin adverse reaction and preventive measurement,etc.
