摘要
本文以升降算符为工具分别导出了不可约张量和Ｃｌｅｂｓｈ—Ｇｏｒｄｏｎ系数的递推公式，用比较的方法证明了Ｗｉｇｎｅｒ—Ｅｃｋａｒｔ定理，分析了该定理在原子结构矢量模型中的应用。
The Wigner-Eckart theorem is proved by comparison between the two after the recursion formulas for the irreducible tensor operators and Clebsh-Gordon coefficients have been found with the step-up and step -down operators in this Paper, and it is completed to analyze the application of the theorem in the atomic vector model.
