摘要 本文就植物基因工程中,通过土壤农杆菌、CaMV和脂质体介导的转基因技术作了较为详细的介绍。 This paper introduces in detail the gene transfer technology mediated by agrobacterium, CaMV and liposome in the plant genetic engineering.
