摘要
利用高离子强度，低ｐＨ值缓冲液匀浆细胞的方法，提取小麦叶绿体ＤＮＡ，并以此为模板，通过聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）对小麦叶绿体ｐｓｂＡ基因进行了特异性扩增。
