唑来膦酸与利塞膦酸在激素诱导的骨质疏松中的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨唑来膦酸与利塞膦酸治疗激素诱导的骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法将本院2011年8月~2013年8月收治的76例糖皮质激素诱导的骨质疏松患者采用数字表法随机分为两组,其中对照组(n=38)给予利塞膦酸治疗,观察组采取唑来膦酸治疗,比较两组患者骨密度及骨代谢相关指标的差异。结果两组治疗后骨密度及骨代谢指标均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组治疗后腰椎骨密度、股骨颈骨密度和β-CTx与对照组比较(n=38)差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论唑来膦酸治疗激素诱导的骨质疏松效果显著,可较好的增加骨密度值,降低骨转换,疗效优于利塞膦酸。
