人工全膝关节置换术不同护理方法的疗效观察

Effect observation on different nursing methods of total knee arthroplasty

目的探讨人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)的规范化护理与康复方法。方法将本院接受TKA患者60例随机分为实验组及对照组,实验组采用规范化护理与康复方法 ,对照组采用普通护理方法,比较两组的各项指标。结果两组患者手术前后焦虑不安状态疼痛量化评分,比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论 TKA围手术期规范化康复护理可有效缓解患者术后不良情绪,改善对疼痛控制的质量,使患者自觉疼痛明显减轻,缩短术后首次下床时间及术后膝关节屈曲角度≥90°所需时间,促进患者关节功能的早期康复。

Objective To study the total knee arthroplasty （TKA） standardization of nursing and rehabilitation methods. Methods There were 60 patients with TKA palsy who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the standardized nursing and rehabilitation methods, experimental control group using common nursing method, comparing the indicators of the two groups. Conclusion Perioperative total knee arthroplasty, standardization of nursing and rehabilitation methods can effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients postoperative condition, improving the quality of the patient’s pain control, make patients feel pain significantly reduce, shorten the down time for the first time after surgery and postoperative knee flexion angle 90°or the time required, promote patients early recovery of joint function.
