比色法测定中药香附中总黄酮含量

Determination of total flavonoids in rhizoma cyperi by colorimetry

目的：建立香附药材中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法以芦丁为对照品，采用NaNO2-Al（NO3）3-NaOH显色，于505 nm处比色法测定香附中总黄酮的吸光度。结果芦丁在0.0052~0.0515 mg/ml范围内吸光度与浓度线性关系良好（r=0.9990），平均回收率103.1%， RSD=1.32%。结论本方法稳定，灵敏度高，重复性好，能准确测定香附中总黄酮的含量。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of total flavonois in rhizoma cyperi. Methods Compared with rutin, contents of total flavonoids was determined in the 505 nm wavelength by colorimetry and NaNO2 in-Al （NO3）3-NaOH was adopted to develop color. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0052~0.0515 mg/ml （r=0.9990）. The average recovery was 103.1%, RSD was 1.32%. Conclusion The method is stable, highly sensitive, reproducible and thus is a accurate approach for determining flavonoids content in rhizoma cyperi.
