摘要
为了更好地落实以病人为中心的思想 ,了解病人的医疗、服务需求 ,采用分层抽样方法进行病人需求情况调查分析。调查结果显示 ,病人选择就医的依据权重依次为 :医疗水平、服务态度、收费、就医环境、就医耗时 ;绝大多数病人认为有必要设立全日门诊服务 (普通门诊 +午间门诊 +双休日门诊 ) ;优质优价的观点只能被6 0 %的病人所接受等等 ;调查结果还显示 :病人的需求受很多个人因素的影响。
