This paper discussed a kind of asymptotically periodical system, which has two species and diffusion in it, and drew the conclusion that the asymptotically periodical system discussed has the same persistent property with the periodical system which it asymptotic to, and also the all solutions will asymptotic to the unique globally asymptotically periodical solution of the periodcal system.
