安诺治疗仪对无症状糖尿病周围神经病变的干预治疗

Intervention Treatment of Solomon's Therapeutic Apparatus on Asymptomatic Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨安诺治疗仪对无症状糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选取2012年6月—2013年8月在本科住院的无症状糖尿病周围神经病变的2型糖尿病患者64例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予降糖、扩血管治疗,治疗组在给予降糖、扩血管基础上使用安诺治疗仪治疗,两组疗程均为14d,比较两组患者治疗前后10g尼龙丝触压觉、128Hz音叉振动觉及神经传导速度改变,以评价治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者10g尼龙丝触压觉、128Hz音叉振动觉及神经传导速度改善比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安诺治疗仪对无症状糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗安全、有效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Solomon＇s therapeutic apparatus treating asymptomatic diabet-ic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 64 patients with asymptomatic diabetic peripheral neuropathy from June 2012 to August 2013,which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group was treated with conventional low-ering blood - glucose and vasodilator therapy,the treatment group was treated with Solomon＇s therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group. The treatment course for both groups were 14 days. Before and after treatment,10g monofilament examina-tions,vibration sensation of 128Hz tuning fork and the nerve conduction velocity of two groups were compared,to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results There were statistically significant differences in 10g monofilament examinations,vibration sensa-tion of 128 Hz tuning fork and the nerve conduction velocity between control group and treatment group after treatment（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Solomon＇s therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of asymptomatic diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which is effective and secure.
