高血压性脑出血治疗前后血浆C-型利钠多肽含量的动态观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨高血压性脑出血 (HICH)病程与血浆C -型利钠多肽 (CNP)含量变化之间的关系。方法 :用放射免疫分析法测定了 98例高血压性脑出血患者血浆CNP含量 ,98例病人中发病后 1~ 3天 36例 ,7~ 14天 32例 ,2 1~ 2 8天 30例。结果 :发病后的三阶段间比血浆CNP含量变化不明显 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但三阶段的CNP含量与正常对照组比均显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma c-type natriuretic peptides (CNP) levels and the disease course of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) patients. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used for deterimining the plasma CNP concentrations in controls and HICH patients during the treatment course. Results The plasma CNP levels in HICH patients on 1-3th, 7-14th and 21-28th day after onset were increased significantly as compared with those in the controls (P<0.01) but differences among the three groups were of no statistic meanings. Conclusion The continuous elevation of the plasma CNP level may play certain role in the pathogenesis of HICH.
