摘要
提出了一种利用Teager算法对脐血流音频多普勒信号进行特征分析的方法 ,并将它同现有的一些脐血流音频多普勒信号分析方法进行比较 .这些方法包括 :传统的声谱参数法及以前提出的零极点模型法及分形分析法 .通过对 6 6例胎儿脐血流音频多普勒信号的分析研究表明 :这几种方法对胎儿宫内异常等疾病均具有一定的敏感性 ,且各有其优缺点 .
Teager's energy algorithm is proposed to analyze the characteristics of audio Doppler signals from the umbilical blood flow. This method is then compared with other characteristics analysis methods for audio Doppler signals from the umbilical blood flow. The other methods include: The conventional method of spectrogram parameters, the zero-pole model and the fractal method, the latter two were proposed by the present authors before. The analysis results of 66 cases of audio Doppler signals show that although each of the methods has its own advantage and shortage they are all sensitive to the fetal intrauterine diseases.
