摘要
应用有限元方法建立了灰铸铁件手弧焊接温度场的数学模型,对灰铸件焊接温度场和热循环进行了分析。结果表明:焊后初期冷却速度很快(约 380℃/s),温度梯度较大,接头在焊补温度场中经历一个复杂的不均匀快速加热和冷却过程,从而产生非协调应变,易发生裂纹等缺陷。
Using the finite element method, temperature field and heat cycle are analyzed. It is shown that the cooling rate is fast at the beginning of cool-down, the temperature distribution of welded joint is non -uniform. and the maximum temperature gradient gradient in the area near weld fusion line.
