Systematic and Dialectic Pondering on the Great Exploitation of Western China

西部大开发是中国新千年经济建设的主潮流和主旋律 ,这里有许多新问题需要运用系统辩证原理去研究、去探讨 ,以求西部大开发的顺利进行。就西部大开发的现实、历史、未来 ,经济、政治、社会、优势、劣势、转化 ,均衡、非均衡、动态非均衡 ,差距、差异、协调 ,有偿、无偿、共偿 ,宗旨、阶段、模式 ,发展、环境、生态 ,转机、危机、时机等问题进行论述 。

The great exploitation of western China is the main tide and melody of China's economic development in the new millennium, in which there are many new problems that we should use systemic and dialectic principles to search and study so as to keep the better going of the great exploitation of western China. The following problems are discussed: history reality future, economy policy society, advantages disadvantages conversion, equilibrium nonequilibrium dynamic nonequilibrium, gap difference cooperation, rewarded rewardless apportion, tenet phase mode, development environment ecology, improvement crisis opportunity and so on. At the same time the principles of systemic dialectics are used to analyse the above problems.\;
