在研究 G.72 9CS- ACEL P语音编码算法基础上 ,通过分析其原理及基本特征 ,在实际应用中提出了优化算法的两种方案 ,大大降低了算法复杂度 ;并介绍了利用 DSP相应的开发环境对简化后的算法进行软件模拟 ,实验结果证明其输出语音仍然保持了很高的合成品质 ;最后给出了以 DSP为核心的硬件系统构成框图 .

This paper presents some optimized methods of G.729 (CS-ACELP) standard based on studying its principle and characteristics in applications which can considerably reduce the calculation burden. It also introduces the simulator in C54x CCStudio and the hardware system including DSP. Experiments show that output speech has a high reconstructed quality with the optimized G.729 algorithm.
