摘要
报道了关于运用正交试验法对水凝胶机械性能优化的研究 .选用丙烯酰胺作为单体 ,与交联剂 N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺在过硫酸铵作为引发剂的作用下 ,以水为溶剂 ,进行封管聚合 .然后将所合成的水凝胶在浸水溶胀后进行悬挂断裂强度的测试 ,并采用正交试验法选取合成水凝胶的最佳条件 .通过热机械分析仪 (DMA- 2 )对水凝胶进行载重形变及回复性能的测试 ,从而证明正交试验法在水凝胶机械性能优化组合中应用的可行性 .
This paper reports a study on mechanism of polyacrylamide hydrogel. The hydrogels were prepared by polymerizing acrylamide and N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide in the presence of ammonium persulfate. After swelling in water, the strength of the prepared gels was determined. The results associated with orthogonal method provided the best conditions of gel with good mechanical properties. Feasibility of the method has been confirmed by experiments with DMA.
