脑室引流术治疗高血压脑出血的护理方法分析

Analysis of nursing method in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by ventricular drainage

目的分析脑室引流术治疗高血压脑出血的护理方法及护理效果。方法随机选取我院2012年1月至2013年12月收治的84例高血压脑出血患者,按照数字随机表分为观察组(42例)和参考组(42例),参考组实施常规护理,观察组实施全面护理,分析两组患者护理效果。结果观察组总有效率为90.5%,参考组总有效率为76.2%,组间对比(P<0.05)。观察组满意率为88.1%,参考组满意率为71.4%;组间对比(P<0.05)。结论在脑室引流术治疗高血压脑出血的护理工作中需要实施全面护理,加强患者围术期的护理工作,并做好心理护理和健康教育,避免患者围术期出现异常情况威胁到生命健康。

Objective To analyze the nursing method and effect in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by ventricular drainage. Methods Eighty-four patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly selected and divided into observation group （n=42） and control group （n =42）. The control group received conventional nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects in the two groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly higher overall response rate （90.5% vs 76.2%, P〈0.05） and a significantly higher satisfaction rate （88.1% vs 71.4% , P 〈0.05）. Conclusion During the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by ventricular drainage, comprehensive nursing should be provided, perioperative nursing should be strengthened, and psychological nursing and health education should be well done, so as to avoid adverse events in the perioperative period.
