针灸结合通络饮治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical research on treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in acupuncture plus Tongluo Yin

目的:探讨针灸结合通络饮治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:本次医学研究选择2011年1月-2012年12月在我院就诊的200例神经根型颈椎病患者为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者接受针灸治疗,实验组患者接受针灸结合通络饮治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:实验组临床治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,且疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:由本次医学研究结果可知,针灸结合通络饮是一种较为有效的神经根型颈椎病临床治疗方法,因而临床推广和应用价值较高。

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of acupuncture plus Tongluo Yin on treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods：200 patients were divided into two groups, the control group was given acupuncture treatment, another was given acupunctureplus Tongluo Yin. Results： Effects in treatment group were obviously better, and the pain degree was lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture plus Tongluo Yin were effective for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in clinical treatment, is worthy of clinical promotion.
