摘要
目的:探讨针灸在早期康复治疗脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2012年6月-2013年7月收治的66例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组和B组,各33例。A组患者在早期康复训练的基础上给予针灸治疗。B组患者给予常规神经内科药物治疗,在病情稳定后给予康复训练。观察两组治疗效果。结果:A组患者治疗总有效率为90.9%,B组治疗总有效率为75.8%,A组疗效明显较B组好,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针灸在早期康复治疗脑卒中的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe effects of acupuncture on treating brain stroke. Methods： 66 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases for each. The A group was given acupuncture more than rehabilitation. The B group was given neurological medicine. Results： The total efficiency in the A was 90.9%, better than 75.8% in the B. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture has good effects and was worthy of application.
