中药免煎颗粒辨证治疗骨质疏松症的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating osteoporosis in TCM medicine

目的:观察中药免煎颗粒辨证治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:90例原发性骨质疏松症患者,进行为期6个月对照研究。治疗组服用中药免煎颗粒剂,对照组服用碳酸钙D3片,观察临床疼痛改善情况(第4,12,24周)及骨密度测定。结果:两组显效率、有效率,治疗组疗效均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且能增加骨密度,增加幅度有差异,但不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药免煎颗粒辨证治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床疗效肯定。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM medicine on treating osteoporosis. Methods： 90 patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group was given TCM medicine, another was given calcium carbonate D3 tablets. Results：The markedly efficacy and efficacy in the treatment were better, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of TCM medicine was affirmative.
