中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝96例

Treating 96 cases of fatty liver disease in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨非酒精性脂肪肝的中西医结合治疗方法及疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的96例病例随机分为两组,对照组48例给予西医常规疗法,观察组48例在对照组基础上给予自拟调脂中药粉冲服。比较两组临床总有效率以及肝功能变化[门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)]。结果:观察组总有效率85.4%,高于对照组的64.6%(P<0.05),观察组的AST、ALT指标好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝,疗效确切,有效改善患者肝功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the integrative medical treatment for the non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods：96 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 48 patients received conventional western therapies, in the observation group 48 patients were treated with the Tiaozhi powder more than the control group. Results：The total efficacy was 85.4%, higher than the control of 64.6% （P〈0.05）, AST, ALT indicator were better in the observation than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Integrative medical treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, can improve liver function, was worthy of clinical application.
