摘要
目的:探讨小儿慢性咳嗽中药治疗的疗效。方法:将90例小儿慢性咳嗽随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组,西药对照组予头孢克洛抗感染、沙丁胺醇解痉平喘、酮替芬抗过敏等治疗,中药治疗组口服中药"二陈汤+四君子汤加味",观察比较二组的疗效。结果:中药治疗组和西药对照组在治愈好转率及再发率方面有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:小儿慢性咳嗽口服中药"二陈汤+四君子汤加味",疗效明显。
Objective： To observe effects of TCM on treating chronic cough in children. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given western medicine. The treatment group was given Erchen decoction and Sijunzi decoction. Results：TCM was really better at healing rate and recurrence rate （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Treating chronic cough in children with Erchen decoction and Sijunzi decoction has significant effects.
