外感发热辨证施护与中医调养

Treating exogenous fever syndrome in TCM

目的：对外感发热患者治疗中进行辨证施护、辨证施膳、中医调养的宣教，达到治疗预防。方法：选择我院急诊临床诊断为外感发热的患者，年龄7～60岁，根据临床表现进行分型，分为风寒袭表型、风热袭表型、郁热夹湿型。在治疗期间结合进行辨证施护、辨证施膳、中医调养等。结果：在治疗期间结合进行辨证施护、辨证施膳、中医调养等措施，对外感发热具有显著协助治疗作用。

Objective： Fever patients recieved nursing dialectic, dialectical meal, health education. Methods： Exogenous fever patients, 7-60 years old, were classified according to clinical manifestations into different classes. Results： During therapy combined nursing dialectic, dialectical meal, medicine nursed back to health and other measures, feeling the heat of foreign assistance has significant therapeutic effects.
