护理干预对火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效的影响探讨

目的:探讨护理干预措施对火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症治疗效果的影响。方法:选取我科2012年1月-2013年8月收治的98例腰椎间盘突出症患者按照随机数字表法随机分为干预组与对照组各49例,两组患者均给予火针治疗,干预组患者给予护理干预措施,连续治疗5次为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后比较两组患者临床疗效及护理满意度情况。结果:治疗后,干预组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(x2=8.245,P<0.01),干预组患者较治疗前、同期对照组各项评分均有明显改善(P<0.05),干预组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(x2=15.462,P<0.01),均具有统计学意义。结论:火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症过程中实施护理干预措施可以有效提高临床疗效和护理满意度。

Objective：To explore nursing intervention of fire needle on treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods：98 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were treated by fire needle therapy, the intervention was given nursing intervention. Results：After treatment, the total efficacy in intervention group was obviously higher than control group （x2=8.245, P〈0.01）, the scores before and after treatment were improved significantly （P〈0.05）, patients satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group （x2=15.462, P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Applying nursing intervention in treating lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve clinical effects and nursing satisfaction.
