中西医结合治疗尿石症56例的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 56 cases of urolithiasis in the integrative medicine

目的:对中西医结合治疗尿石症的临床疗效进行观察。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年2月我院收治的尿石症患者112例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规的西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用中医辨证施治,并从一般资料、治疗方法及其治疗疗效进行分析。结果:两组患者治疗后,研究组患者总有效率94.64%,明显高于对照组治疗的总有效率78.57%;比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医治疗尿石症的排石率较高,较为安全且方便,其治疗疗效较为显著,是治疗尿石症较为行之有效的方法,值得在临床中推广。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on treating urolithiasis. Methods：112 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine western medicine, another was given integrative medicine. Results：After treatment, the total efficiency in treated group was 94.64%, obviously higher than 78.57%in the control group;the differences was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine has a higher stone removing rates, relatively safe and convenient, obviously effective, is an effective therapy for urolithiasis and worthy of clinical promotion.
