妇产科患者术后腹胀的中医护理对策

TCM nursing for abdominal distention following surgery

目的:探讨妇产科患者术后腹胀常见原因及中医护理对策。方法:选取我院2012年6月-2013年2月妇产科术后发生腹胀的患者82例,对其进行活动、饮食、针灸、按摩、心理等一系列中医护理并观察临床效果。结果:经过我院中医对症治疗及护理后,所有患者均康复出院,并无并发症。结论:通过剖析妇产科患者术后腹胀原因,有针对性地进行中医护理干预,可有效解决患者腹胀,促进患者的康复,具有临床推广价值。

Objective： To explore mainly reasons and TCM nursing for abdominal distention following surgery. Methods： 82 patients were nursed in TCM, such as activity, acupuncture, massage. Results： All patients were cured and leaving hospital without complication. Conclusion：By analyzing the reasons of abdominal distention, TCM nursing was applied , had good effects and was worthy of promotion.
