Agile Manufacturing Planning of Supply Chain Based on Virtual Enterprise

摘要 组建动态联盟可以极大地提高成员企业对市场的快速适应能力 .从销售代理的角度 ,采用敏捷制造思想 ,研究了供应链的最小成本制造规划问题 .给出了综合考虑产品制造、储存、延期交货和合同取消成本的单位周期制造规划数学模型及其解法 . Because market competition is being internationalized and information technology is making rapid progress, the ability to meet markets variation by an enterprise can be enhanced by taking part in a virtual enterprise in which agile supply chain management can be realized. The entire manufacturing ability message of the virtual enterprise could be sufficiently and efficiently utilized to make decision within the agents of the agile supply chain. An agile supply planning policy distributed at sales agent side was discussed. The agile manufacturing planning method with constrains of manufacturing cost, early cost, tardy penalties and cancelled penalties was presented and evaluated.
