摘要
在多目标决策问题中 ,通过 BP网络的非线性映射功能和 Hopfield网络的模拟优化方法构造隐性效用函数 ,从而获得最终决策方案 .通过在流域综合治理规划中的应用表明了该方法的有效性和可操作性 。
A implicit utility technique (IUT) was described for multiobjective watershed planning. The optimization method is characterized by using BP network to substitute utility function, and Hopfield simulation procedure to solve nonlinear programming. The application of the method to a small watershed planning showes the effectiveness of to multiobjective decision. Recommedations are made for the use of IUT.
