摘要
在SolidWorks软件中建立了步进送料机三维模型,然后利用SolidWorks软件与ADAMS软件之间的接口,将模型导入ADAMS软件中,建立仿真模型,并在相同条件下,通过ADAMS软件,对引入虚约束分别是主动件和从动件这2种情况进行对比仿真,从而给该机构的后续设计以及基于该机构的模型提供了参考,缩短了设计周期;同时,也说明了ADAMS软件在产品开发中的重要作用。
Established the 3D model of the step feeding machine in SolidWorks and imported it into ADAMS to make dynamic simulation.Under the same condition,this paper analyzed the force situation of transmission rack,under the condition of crank with redundant constraint as follower mechanism and it as driving member,which provided the reference for the follow-up design,shortened the design cycle.At the same time,it illustrated that ADAMS plays an important role in the process of product development.
