摘要
重型板式给料机的运载高度和物料特性及设备参数有关,存在极限值,但鲜有人从事研究,在专业手册和规范中也没有相关报道。本文从建立微分方程开始,推导出重型板式给料机运载高度的极限值,即拉层理论,该理论对大型重型板式给料机设计具有重要的指导意义。
Heavy-duty apron feeder carrying height is related to material properties and equipment parameters and there is a limit value,but few persons have studied that.There are few relative reports in professional manual and the specification.In this paper,started from the differential equation,deduced apron feeder carrier height limit,that is referred to as pull layer theory.This theory has important implications for the design of large heavy-duty apron feeder.
