单侧性原发性开角型青光眼与双侧性青光眼睫状体炎综合征

Unilatteral Primaly Open Angle Glaucoma and Bilatteral Glaucomatocyclitic Crisis

目的 探讨单侧性原发性开角型青光眼 (POAG)与双侧性青光眼睫状体炎综合征 (PSS)的关系。方法 对临床拟诊的 2 2例单侧性 POAG和 17例双侧性 PSS进行视野及眼压等项追踪观察 ,并以同期观察的 99例双侧性POAG和 10 9例单侧性 PSS作参照。结果 12 2例单侧性 POAG中 ,15例并非 POAG,其中 9例为 PSS;2 17例双侧性PSS中 ,15例有青光眼性视盘或 /和视野损害 (其中 9例为中、晚期 ) ,较单侧性 PSS显著地多而重 ;3 15例中 ,9例的损害原因已查明 ;5例为单纯的 PSS,4例系合并 POAG。结论 单侧性 POAG的诊断必须十分慎重 ,尤其要警惕 PSS,双侧性 PSS则与 POAG有更紧密的联系。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between unilatteral primaly open angle glaucoma(POAG) and bilatteral glaucomatocyclitic crisis(Posner Schlossman's Symdrome,PSS).Methods 22 cases of unilatteral POAG and 17 cases of bilatteral PSS inicially diagnosed were followed up with perimeter and tonometer,99 cases of bilatteral POAG and 109 cases of unilatteral PSS were taken as a control group.Results ①15 of the 22 cases of unilatteral POAG were comfirmed not to be POAG,9 of them had been proved to be PSS.②Glaucomatous damage of optic disc and/or visual field were found in 15 of the 17 cases of bilatteral PSS,the damage in 9 cases were of middle or late stage.There was more frequent and serious than that in unilatteral PSS.③The factors leading to the damage had been determined in 9 of the 15 cases;5 cases were due to purely PSS,4 cases were complicated with POAG.Conclusions Enough caution should be payed when making a diagnosed of unilatteral POAG,especial alertion should be aimed to PSS;bilatteral PSS had a closer connection with POAG.
