摘要
河南某铅选矿厂采用常规浮选工艺产出铅精矿,浮选流程为一次粗选、三次精选、三次扫选。为提高金属回收率,通过生产考察,去掉第三次精选作业,浮选流程改为一次粗选、两次精选、三次扫选;同时增加使用乙硫氮,产出合格的精矿产品,选矿回收率提高了0.82%,生产成本降低了0.65元/t,企业年增加经济效益143万元。技改取得了成功。
Regular flowsheet is adopted to produce lead concentrate by once roughing, triple cleaning and triple scavenging in a lead concentrator in Henan. For the purpose of improving the lead recovery, through changed production investigation, the third stage of cleaning was canceled, so the flotation flowsheet was into once roughing, twice cleaning and triple scavenging, meanwhile the dosage consumption of diethyldithiocarbamate was increased to produce qualified lead concentrate, finally the lead recovery was improved by 0.82% and the operation cost decreased by 0.65 ¥/t, the economic profit increased by 1.43 million yuan, so technological transformation was successfully achieved.
