摘要
介绍某金矿堆存尾矿综合回收金锌工艺试验研究,采用混合粗选、混合粗精矿顺序浮选金锌的工艺流程处理该尾矿,最终获得含金34.28 g/t、含锌10.36%、金回收率62.93%的金精矿,含金2.18 g/t、含硫37.86%、硫回收率73.46%的硫精矿,含锌45.62%、含金1.12 g/t,锌回收率67.47%的锌精矿,有效地解决了金锌分离,实现了二次资源的综合利用,对该矿可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。
The comprehensive recovery of zinc from stacked gold railings was briefly introduced in this paper. The ore was treated by subsequence flotation to float gold and zinc minerals, and finally the gold concentrate containing 34.28 g/t Au and 10.36% Zn was obtained with gold recovery of 62.93%, and the pyrite concentrate contains 2.18 g/t Au and 37.86% S with sulphur recovery of 73.46%, and the zinc concentrate contains 45.62% Zn and 1.12 g/t Au, and the zinc recovery is 67.47%, so the separation of gold and zinc was efficiently solved, and realized the comprehensive recovery of secondary resource which has a great practical significance for the sustainable development.
