摘要
岩石破碎作业有很多新兴的方法,微波辅助机械破岩便是其中之一。研究该方法的关键是掌握微波照射对岩石强度的影响规律。采用特制的微波设备,通过微波照射岩石,研究岩石在微波照射下的强度变化。通过改变微波对岩石照射的强度和时间,测得不同情况下岩石强度,最后得出微波照射对岩石强度的影响规律:微波对岩石的照射时间越长、微波的强度越大,对岩石强度的影响也就明显。该方法的研究有利于微波辅助机械破岩方法的实现,可以使岩石破碎作业方法更加多样化,岩石破碎作业的费用大大降低,工人的工作环境得到改善。
There are a lot of new methods of rock-breaking which is one of microwave-assisted mechanical. The key to this research method is mastering the effect of microwave irradiation on the rock strength. The change of rock strength irradiated by a special microwave equipment was recorded. Rock strength was measured under different conditions by changing the microwave intensity and irradiation time, finally the influence rule of microwave irradiation on rock strength was concluded. The longer irradiation time of microwave and the greater intensity of microwave, the greater obvious affect was made on the rock. The study of this method is helpful for the realization of microwave-assisted mechanical rock-breaking and diversification of rock-breaking, at same time, the crushing cost is to be decreased greatly, and working environment is to be improved too.
