摘要
随着充填工艺的不断完善,充填采矿法在矿山得到了广泛应用,研究充填体的力学性能对防止地表变形具有重要的现实意义。以山东新城金矿充填材料为研究对象,研究了龄期为7d、14d、28d,灰砂比为1∶8、1∶10的充填试块在不同的加载压力等级条件下的压缩变形规律,并对充填试块在不同加载压力下与压缩率之间的关系进行了拟合分析。研究了不同配比的充填试块在固结试验后,不同养护天数条件下的抗压强度变化规律,为矿山充填设计及预防地表变形提供科学依据。
With the constant improvement of filling process, method of filling mining has got more and more widely used in mine, and studying on mechanical properties of backfill to prevent deformation of the surface has important practical significance. The filling material of Xincheng Gold Mine in Shandong Province is taken as the research object, and the compression ratio of age 7, 14, 28 and contrast 1:8, 1:10 filling under the conditions of different loading stress level are studied with different load pressure. The compression ratio of the filling material was analyzed in fitting. After the consolidation test of different filling material, the change rules of compressive strength under the conditions of different curing days are studied, which provides scientific basis for filling design for the mine and preventing deformation of surface.
