摘要
以60t铰接式自卸车为研究对象,根据拓扑原理设计出整车的拓扑结构图,初步建立整车的多刚体系统动力学模型,在此基础上再建立考虑车架弹性变形的铰接式自卸车刚—柔耦合多体动力学模型,并对不同行驶工况下的动态特性进行仿真分析,得到了车架关键位置处的加速度响应及加速度功率谱密度曲线。仿真结果为铰接式自卸车的设计改进、车架的疲劳寿命预测分析提供了重要参考依据。
In this paper, 60 t articulated dump truck is taken as research object. Through the topology theory, we can design the topology map of full vehicle and establish system dynamics model of multi rigid body of a vehicle. Based on the consideration of elastic deformation of frame, we can establish a rigid-flexible coupling multibody dynamics model of the articulated dump truck and simulate the dynamic characteristics of different driving conditions. So we can obtain the curve of acceleration response and acceleration power spectral density of the key position of the frame. The results of simulation provide an important reference for the improvement of the prediction and analysis of fatigue life of articulated dumper and design of frame.
