LPG钢瓶自闭式直立阀调压器组性能研究

摘要 介绍液化石油气(LPG)钢瓶角阀调压器组、自闭式直立阀调压器组的结构。实验分析自闭式直立阀调压器组的调压性能,对LPG钢瓶分别配置自闭式直立阀调压器组、角阀调压器组时,3种灶具(辐射型加热面燃烧器、条状火孔燃烧器、圆火孔燃烧器)的火焰状态、热效率进行实验对比。 The structures of angle valve regulator assembly and self-closing vertical valve regulator assembly for LPG cylinders are introduced. The pressure regulation performance of self-closing vertical valve regulator assembly is analyzed experimentally. The flame status and thermal efficiency of three kinds of cooking appliances (radiant heating burner, strip fire hole burner and round hole burner) are compared experimentally when LPG cylinders are respectively equipped with self-closing vertical valve regulator assembly and angle valve regulator assembly.
