摘要
采用CAD软件虚拟设计了水平摘锭式采棉机采摘机构,阐述了实体模型的建立方法及过程,并应用机械系统动力学仿真软件MSC.ADAMS构建了三维运动仿真模型,实现了在ADAM/VIEW环境下采棉机采摘过程的运动仿真。仿真表明,采棉机在采摘棉花时需调整好采摘头的作业位置进而提高采棉机采净率。
The horizontal spindle type cotton picker with Picking mechanism has been researched based on the CAD software. The mechanical dynamics software MSC.ADMAS was used to establish the 3-D kinetic simulation model of Picking mechanism. The process of making kinematics model and it s simulating were to set forth at length. The simulation based on software MSC.ADAMS was successfully got along. The results demonstrated that Cotton-picking machine should be adjusted when picking cotton picking head job position and then provide cotton-picking machine that the net rate.
