单电机桑树接穗切削机的研制

摘要 为改进原设计的电动桑树接穗切削机[1]的整机结构、机器工作效率、安全性,进行了单电机桑树接穗切削机的研制。改进后的机器由一台电机带动,剪刀减少为一把,刨削过程由刨刀移动改为穗条架移动,丝杠副代替了滑板、滑道,增加了接穗弹出装置。机器使用更加方便省力,切削速度、安全性都有所提高。 To improve the machine structure, working efficiency and security of the electric mulberry scion cutting machine that was designed before, the single motor mulberry scion cutting machine was development. The new machine has one motor and one scissors. The plane moving was be changed to branch fixing frame moving in planing course, the slide way and slide board were be changed with lead screw pair, the scion ejecting device was be added. The operator will be more convenient and laborsaving, and the efficiency was increased.
