摘要
为满足高速、重载下齿轮传动的平稳性要求,从瞬时重合度恒定理论出发,结合直齿圆柱齿轮重合度瞬时恒定的参数设计过程及其离散化后阶梯齿轮的重合度求解公式,用具体实例说明直齿圆柱齿轮转化为瞬时重合度恒定齿轮的其求解过程及思路。
In order to meet stability requirements of under high-speed and high power density transmissions, starting from the theory of constant instantaneous contact ratio, combined with parameter design process of spur gears of constant instantaneous contact ratio and after the discrimination ladder gear solving formula of contact ratio, using concrete examples into the solving process and train of thought of the spur gears of constant instantaneous contact ratio.
