摘要
温室垄与农田垄有着尺寸性差异。因作业空间有限,传统起垄机具不能完成温室起垄作业,需要人工完成温室起垄,其劳动强度大、工作效率低。针对该问题设计了一种温室起垄机,通过起垄器驱动机构数学模型的建立,借助MATLAB软件和SolidWorks motion运动分析模块进行机构仿真和运动学分析。理论分析结果表明,该温室起垄机可以实现温室正弦波形蔬菜垄的起垄功能,为温室起垄机的试制和实验提供了重要依据。
There are size differences between Greenhouse ridge and farmland ridge, so the traditional ridging machines can not solve the problem of greenhouse ridging due to the limited operation space and it requires human to complete greenhouse ridging with low working efficiency and intensity of labor. According to the problem a greenhouse ridging machine is designed, through the establishment of the mathematical model for the ridging device driving mechanism, make Simulation and kinematic analysis with the help of the Matlab software and SolidWorks motion analysis module. Theoretical analysis results show that the greenhouse ridging machine can realize the function of ridging greenhouse sinusoidal waveform vegetable ridge and it provides an important reference for the trial production and experiment of the greenhouse ridging machine.
