摘要
针对目前我国温室大棚的作业大多数仍依靠传统的旋耕方式,不能实现旋平等问题,设计一种既能旋耕又能高精度平整的光、机、电一体化的自动化成套设备——温室电动旋平机。该机利用了激光扫平技术、旋耕技术、电推杆调平技术、蓄电池直流驱动技术和鼠笼型转向轮。研究结果表明该机具有较高的旋平精度,能够满足大棚土壤旋平的需要。
At present, China's greenhouse majority still rely on traditional job rotary manner spin equality can not be achieved, both rotary and can design a high-precision flat optical, mechanical and electrical integration of automation equipment - greenhouse electric rotary leveling machine. The machine utilizes laser leveling technology, rotary technology, electric putter leveling technology, battery technology and DC drive cage steering wheel. The results show that it has a high level of precision spin, spin levels to meet the needs of greenhouse soil.
