摘要
探讨研究咪唑乙烟酸水剂三江平原土壤处理对肇东苜蓿出苗与杂草防除药效试验,可得出咪唑乙烟酸水剂使用量和使用方法.通过十五小区试验,施药后15d、30d调查各处理区杂草残存数量及鲜重防效进行观察记载.咪唑乙烟酸水剂1 125~1 500mL/hm2土壤处理肇东苜蓿出苗和生长良好,对肇东苜蓿根瘤和产量没有影响.肇东苜蓿田经试验最佳应用剂量为1 125~1 500mL/hm2,施药器械可以为人工和机动车载均匀喷雾,最适宜兑水量:450~600L/hm2.
The research is made to probe into the influence of Imazethapyr aqueous solution soil treatment on percentage of germination and weeds removal in Zhaodong Alfalfa Field and conclusions can be deduced on the dose and usable method of Imazethapyr aqueous soIution. Through the tests on 15 plots of land (15d, 30d, after pesticide application) . The author has investigated each treatment area, observed and recorded the weed residual amount and controlling effect of fresh weight. The results indicated that the area sees a rapid alfalfa emerging and seedling growth when Imazethapyr aqueous solution (1 125-1 500 mL/hm2) is applied to Zhaodong Alfalfa Field and it had no side effect on growth and production of alfalfa seedlings' root nodules. The dose of Imazethapyr aqueous solution at 1 500-1 800mL/hm2 might be a safe level on growth of alfalfa seedlings. The uniform treatment of pesticide application by knapsack sprayer or tractor driven sprayer show that the optimum water concentration is 450-600L/hm2.
