摘要
针对果园喷雾机在现代果园的应用现状,阐述了果园喷雾机在国内外的发展历程。通过喷雾机在国内外应用情况的对比分析,得出国外主要以大中型果园喷雾机为主,国内主要以手动和小型机动果园喷雾机为主的使用现状。对喷雾效果的试验研究进行了总结,结果表明风力﹑喷头﹑机具行驶速度﹑喷雾机类型等对雾滴沉积量﹑雾滴穿透性﹑靶标覆盖率等喷雾效果均有显著影响。对果园喷雾机采用的先进技术:在线混药﹑低量喷雾﹑精确喷雾﹑静电喷雾﹑机电一体化等作了介绍,指出了国外大部分机具已配备先进技术,国内还处于实验研究阶段的应用现状,为日后的研究提供了借鉴。
According to the application status of orchard sprayer in modem orchard, this paper describes the spray' s development process of China and foreign countries. Through the analysis and get the conclusion that the west mainly use large and medium-sized orchard sprayer, China mainly use manual and small motorized orchard sprayer. The summary of spray effect indicates that the wind, nozzle, machine speed, type have significant influence on droplet deposition, droplet penetrability, coverage, etc. Introduce the advanced technologies: on-line-mixing, low volume spray, precision spray, electrostatic spray, machine and electron integration, and point out that the most advanced technologies have been applied in the machines of foreign countries, while China is still in the study stage, and provide reference for the following study.
