摘要
在说明车用柴油机燃油加热系统工作原理的基础上,详细分析了加热管、油箱壁、驾驶室以及连接管路的传热面积及传热系数,并确定了加热所需的功率。仿真结果表明此分析方法为车用柴油机匹配燃油加热器提供了理论依据,并为车用柴油机燃油加热系统开发奠定了基础。
On the basis of description working principle of fuel heating system for vehicle diesel engine, the article detailed analyzes heat transfer areas and heat transfer coefficient of the heating pipe, the tank wall, the cab and the connecting pipe and determines the power required for heating. The simulation results show that the analysis method provides a theoretical basis for matching between vehicle diesel engine and diesel fired heater and lays the foundation for the development of fuel heating system of vehicle diesel engine.
